• Papers can be presented both in English and Turkish.

• Selected full paper to publish proceedings book by springer will also be in English.

• All accepted abstracts would be published in online abstract book.

Paper should be submitted either In MS Word or Latex format.

Table and graphs should be in Jpg, Gif or Eps format.

The abstract should be no longer than one page including author affiliations and references (If any).
